DESCRIPTION
Drugs: Education, Prevention & Policy is an active peer-reviewed academic journal published bi-monthly by Taylor & Francis. Launched in 1994, the journal provides a forum for communication and debate between researchers, policy makers and practitioners concerned with social, health and judicial policy responses to legal and illicit drug use.
Each issue publishes multi-disciplinary research papers, literature reviews and commentaries on policy, treatment, prevention and harm reduction issues regarding both the use and misuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. It also encourages articles that reflect different cultural, historical and theoretical approaches to the understanding of the drug and alcohol field, and the development of policy and practice. Special focus issues are also produced on a topic of current interest, usually encompassing one of the six issues published in that year.
The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 2004 and 2005.
